Insurance and Payments
Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance plans. Please speak to your insurance carrier before scheduling an appointment for services you think are covered.
All payments are due at the time of your office visit for:
- Cosmetic BOTOX® or Fillers
- CoolSculpting® Treatments
- Laser treatments
- Aesthetician services
- Skin care products
We accept payment in the form of cash or VISA & MasterCard. All cosmetic services must be paid at the time of your services. We also accept CareCredit and GreekSky. Please let our cosmetic coordinator know if you plan to pay with CareCredit or GreenSky when you schedule your appointment. Apply for these at the links at top of this page..
Additionally, in the event you are unable to keep your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed or late-cancelled appointments. Advanced Dermatology, P.L.L.C. reserves the right to dismiss any patient that has accumulated three or more missed or late-cancelled appointments.

For BOTOX® Cosmetic, points can only be earned on treatments with out-of-pocket costs greater than $200.00. For Natrelle®, points can only be earned on a breast augmentation with two Natrelle® Gel Implants.

Will the program ever expand to include more products?

How do patients sign up for this program?
Joining is easy. Patients can join the program by:
- Following the instructions provided on the trifold brochure available at offices
- Visiting BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com on any desktop computer or mobile device and clicking on Become a Member at the top of the home page
- Downloading the Brilliant Distinctions® Mobile App and following the registration prompts
What are the benefits of each of the membership tiers?
Brilliant Distinctions® offers its members three different tiers with more benefits and savings opportunities at each tier.
- Silver – Patients are automatically enrolled here when they join and will receive special discounts on the qualifying products within the Brilliant Distinctions® Portfolio as well as a free gift on their membership anniversary.
- Gold – Once a patient earns 600 Brilliant Distinctions® Points in one calendar year, they will receive all of the benefits of Silver as well as the ability to earn 50 bonus points on every treatment. They’ll also be eligible to receive a SkinMedica® gift at the time they achieve Gold membership status.
- Diamond – Once a patient earns 1200 Brilliant Distinctions® Points in one calendar year, they will receive all of the benefits of Gold but their points will never expire as long as they maintain their status. They will also earn 100 bonus points on every treatment and will receive a premium SkinMedica® gift at the time they achieve Diamond membership.
Is there any other way patients will be invited to join the program?
Any patient can register for the program by going to www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com. Patients can also join the program by receiving referrals from friends or through other promotions.
When can patients begin earning?
Once registered, patients can begin earning and redeeming immediately by visiting a participating provider.
How do patients access their Brilliant Distinctions® Account?
Once a patient signs up for the program, they can log in at www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com. There, they can access information specific to their account and redeem rewards for Allergan savings (qualified patients only).
How can a patient find a participating provider?
The patient can log in at www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com and click on Find a Doctor. Participating providers will be clearly indicated with a BD icon next to their name.Note: Not all providers carry all of the participating products. Contact the provider for more information on their products and participation in the program.

Can a patient choose a provider to store in their Brilliant Distinctions® Program profile?
Yes, a patient can log on to www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com and select My Profile in the drop-down menu under their username and icon. Here they can search and select their preferred provider and the information will be stored. Patients can also go here to verify their provider association at any time.
Does a patient need to specify a provider when requesting/printing a reward?
No, there is no need to specify a provider. As long as the provider is registered for the program, they will be able to earn the discount on their treatment or product purchase.
Is it necessary for a patient to have more than one account if they go to more than one participating provider for their select Allergan treatments or products?
Each patient can have only one (1) account, but can earn and redeem points at any participating provider. For example, if a patient lives in another city for part of the year, as long as the providers at both locations are participating providers, points will be earned and rewards redeemed for eligible product treatments and purchases. If a patient has more than one account, please contact Customer Support at (888) 324-2745 (9 AM–8 PM ET, M-F) and request that the profiles be merged.
Do patient points ever expire?
Points expire nine (9) months after the date of the last time a Silver or Gold Tier member earned Brilliant Distinctions® Points. Diamond member points do not expire as long as they maintain their Diamond Tier status.
Can patient points be reinstated after they expire?
Points cannot be reinstated after they expire, but patient's will receive an email reminding them of the date of expiration.
If a patient makes a donation to a charity, will any of their information be shared?No patient information will ever be shared when donating to a charity. The patient would select the amount of points to be redeemed and select the checkbox to acknowledge that the donation is being made by Allergan, Inc. on the patient’s behalf. An email will be sent to the patient to confirm their donation. Patients can refer to www.MakeAWish.org and www.DressForSuccess.org for more information on the selected charity.
NOTE: Charity donations are made by Allergan on behalf of the patient. A charitable donation made by Allergan on a patient's behalf does not qualify as a tax deduction for the patient.
Can a patient deactivate from the Brilliant Distinctions® Consumer Loyalty Program?
We’d like the patient to let us know if this program doesn’t meet their needs, but any account can be closed online by logging on to www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com and selecting My Profile in the drop-down menu under their username and icon. The patient will be able to close their account in the Account Details section by clicking on Remove My Account, under Account Actions. They may also call the Customer Support Line at (888) 324-2745 (9 AM–8 PM ET, M-F).
Does the program provide the patient's name or any other information about the patient's treatments to anyone?
Names of the program members will not be sold to or shared with anyone not participating in this program. No information will ever be provided to anyone about treatments, with the exception of participating providers and customer support personnel in order to help patients resolve any issues or answer any questions they may have.
If two members of the same household both get BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) and/or JUVÉDERM® XC, and/or JUVEDERM VOLUMA® XC, and/or JUVEDERM VOLLURE™ XC, and/or JUVEDERM VOLBELLA® XC, and/or KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) 10 mg/mL, and/or CoolSculpting® as well as LATISSE® (bimatoprost opthalmic solution) 0.03%, SkinMedica® product(s), or Natrelle® Gel Breast Implants or REVOLVE™ Advanced Adipose System, can they have a joint account?
Federal government regulations (HIPAA) prevent us from allowing joint accounts. Each individual patient is welcome to have their own individual program account.
Is anything ever sent to the patient's home address?
This program is designed to allow all communications with members to take place via the Internet and email. Nothing will ever be sent to the patient's home address without their permission.
